Filling machine |
The line is composed of separate automatic
rotary Filling machine. This production line is suitable for the production of
all kinds of non-carbonated drinks contained in aluminum 2-piece pop can and
PET pop can, such as wine, juice, grain beverage etc, It is an ideal machine
for small-and medium-sized beverage factories.
The filling is processed under fully sealing condition,
which can eliminate any pollution from contamination or hazardous substances,
meeting the requirement of food hygiene law.
These machines is made of stainless steel material, with
impact structure, convenient and perfect controlling system, high automation,
low labor intensity.
The filling machine consist of working table, conveyor
parts (speed adjusting motor, speed reducer, liquid tank), automatic liquid
feeding tank valve, filling valve, cylinder, star wheel, tray, conveying
system, and vacuum system.

Installation
1)
The distance between filling machine and liquid
storage tank should be within 5 meters, which will reduce the length of liquid
feeding pipeline. The fittings of pipelines should be sealed up and without
leakage. And there should be valve switch for controlling these pipelines.
2)
Electricity installation: filling machine in right
position, connect electricity, make sure running in right direction for the
chain conveyor
3)
Assistant installation: the chain conveyor should be the
same height as the filling machine, without any tilt. After fixing the chain
gear box, the chain’s running speed will be controlled with stepless speed
regulation and synchronously with the filling machine.
4)
Check if the seaming machine is well connected with the filling machine.
Regulation
1)
After installation, cleaning up the whole machine unit, lubrication, then
start up the machine for idle running for 1 minute.
2)
Dial wheel regulation: when bottle conveyed over its right position, screw
off the plastic handwheel on the top of the dial wheel, take off pressing cap,
there you can see two regulating screws, loss them, and turn back the dial
wheel in opposite direction slightly.
When bottle conveyed
unfulfillment, reverse the operation mentioned as above.
3)
Daily cleaning: Take off the liquid feeding pipeline, and connect with
pure water or cleaning liquid for cleaning up the filling tank, drain the
washing water, and filling with pure water again for further cleaning, make
sure the liquid tank and all pipelines are clean, and drain washed water.
4)
For different height of liquid level inside the containers, regulate the height of
filling tubes (total 12 filling tubes) by loosing the screw in below photo for
1 or 2 mm per
time. Please make sure they are vertical to the working table after adjusting.
5)
When filling 500ml cans, it may need adjust the filling heads heights as
below photo, regulate the height of
supporting rod (total 12 supporting rods) by loosing the screw in below photo
for 1 or 2 mm per time. Please make sure they are vertical to the working table after adjusting.

Installation
2)
Foundation bolt should be fixed to avoid any shaking or
moving during operation.

3)
The seaming machine is very precisely designed and special for 330ml cans
and its caps provided by customer, so in production please make sure to use
exactly the same specs of 330ml cans and caps. Otherwise it will lead to big
problem for the seaming effect. So please DO NOT adjust
its seaming heads to avoid big
problem for seaming precisely!!!
For
500ml cans, it may need to adjust the height of seaming heads as below photo, by regulating seaming
heads height by adjusting these four supporting rods, please make sure the
seaming head is vertical to the working table.

4) Before trial
running, pleas make sure the working station is in right position.

Start up the machine
1) Make sure all the
working parts are lubricated;
2) Make sure all
fixed part are tighten already;
3) Make sure all the
pipelines are connected correctly;
4) Make sure
electric circuit is correct connected;
5) Make sure the
containers are ready for filling.
6) Check the urgent
stop button as below photo pop-up.
7) Press on the
“machine open” button as below photo:
8) Switch on the
speed motor as below photo:
9) Switch on
“Liquid-in” button as below photo:

open” button as below photo:
11) Regulating
filling speed by turning the knob on speed motor control panel as below, to
make sure the filling speed will match the seaming speed, so please regulating
from low speed.
Shut down the machine
Reverse operation as per above mentioned instructions,
and please do NOT forget to turn down the speed
before shut down the machine
Start up the machine
1) Make sure all the
working parts are lubricated;
2) Make sure all
fixed part are tighten already;
3) Make sure all the
pipelines are connected correctly;
4) Make sure
electric circuit is correct connected;
5) Make sure the
containers are ready for seaming.
6) Switch on machine
power as below photo:

8) Regulating
seaming speed by turning the knob on speed motor control panel as below, to
make sure the filling speed will match the seaming speed, so please regulating
from low speed.
Shut down the machine
Reverse operation as per above mentioned instructions,
and please do NOT forget to turn down the speed
before shut down the machine
Liquid
level inside the liquid storage tank is controlled
with flow ball to keep stable liquid level. When liquid injection rod enters
into the container (pop cans), sealing gasket seal up the container, then start
to vacuum, create negative pressure condition, then liquid is fed into the
container because of pressure difference. After liquid level rise up over the
bleeder hole on the liquid injection rod, vacuum stop, pressure difference
disappear, filling stop synchronously, liquid filling valve rise up, and
container feeds out.
The worm wheel
turns a round for one up and down stroke with the function of lifting cam
wheel, and two sets of gear wheels
1)
Keep the working
table clean, and wipe off the oil stains on guiding rod.
2)
Please take few drops
of dilute oil on the socket for each working shift.
3)
Lubricate all the
turning parts for two or three times for each working shift
4)
Before start the
machine for each working shift, please check if there is any loose for each working
parts
5)
Lubricate the
gearbox, vacuum pump, speed motor periodically.
6)
Keep the machine
clean after each working shift.
